Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or provided via bank transfer within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@zaynofun@gmail.com with photos of the damage.
Shipping Costs
 If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
If the item is defective or incorrect, Zayno will cover the shipping charges.
Non-Returnable Items*
Items on clearance or "Final Sale."
 Items that show clear signs of use or damage not caused by our error.
